Golden Triangle Mall
NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane Construction Company completed construction and renovations to Golden Triangle Mall located in Denton, Texas. The renovation project was done in three separate phases, all completed by NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane.
The interior renovations to the mall included the addition of a food court and restaurant space for a future tenant. The exterior improvements included modifications to the main entrance to allow better traffic flow by adding additional exit lanes. In the parking lot, NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane relocated existing parking islands to allow for a revised parking layout. Existing asphalt paving was removed to create new retail space, and the existing storm, sewer, and water lines were extended to the new pad.
