NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane Construction Company provided the construction management services for the 168,000-square-foot corporate offices for Marconi Communications located in Irving, Texas. The three-story building includes offices, conference rooms, laboratories, a fitness center and other support spaces. The two-story atrium lobby features granite tile flooring with wood and metal accent walls. The interior spaces are organized around brightly colored corridors which divide the department areas.
NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane won an award for the Marconi Communications project from Texas Construction’s â€�1999 Merit Award for Outstanding Private Building Project.â€�
