Safety is of paramount importance and remains an integral part of the planning and construction of every NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane project. We have a comprehensive safety program and we integrate our safety and health systems into daily business processes. Our safety program encompasses every area of risk management associated with the construction industry. A strong safety culture begins at the highest level within our company and is embraced by the entire NG28ÄϹ¬ McShane team. We are proud of our safety record and for keeping our employees and tradesmen safe.
Our safety program provides training to employees and subcontractor crews to recognize potential risks and hazards. Prompt detection and timely correction of potential issues are key elements to maintaining a safe work environment. We require our operations staff and encourage our subcontractors to attend the interactive training modules. Many of our current subcontractors� employees have obtained important training which streamlines the required project orientation process in the field. In addition, as part of our necessity to practice the most current safety standards, we conduct weekly safety toolbox meetings on our job sites to discuss basic and current safety topics. Every subcontractor is required to participate in these safety meetings to discuss trade-specific safety issues, as well as project-specific safety procedures.
